With a rolling reinvestment programme that replaces our digital equipment every three years, we stay at the forefront of both quality and environmental responsibility. Each upgrade means lower energy use, smarter processes, and reduced impact on the planet.

Eco-Conscious Digital Printing Solutions

Our print room is now powered by almost 100 rooftop solar panels generating up to 80% of our energy needs on sunny days. We’ve also invested in Konica Minolta AccurioPress C12000e printers, proudly certified to EPEAT® Gold standards. These presses:

Use less power and more recycled materials.
Run efficiently on recycled paper stocks without compromising quality.
Deliver premium print results with a significantly smaller footprint.

Smarter Toner, Smaller Footprint
Simitri V toner technology requires lower fusing temperatures, saving energy while improving results on recycled paper. Even the toner bottles are eco-conscious, made from up to 61% recycled HDPE, including reused milk containers.

Sustainable Paper, Responsibly Sourced
Our house paper stock is FSC® certified, ensuring it comes from responsibly managed forests. It’s also chlorine-free, and produced at a European mill that meets the highest environmental standards, where 80% of operations are powered by bioenergy and 60% of electricity is generated onsite.

Print on Demand: Reducing Waste
By embracing Print on Demand (POD), we help clients reduce waste and avoid the pitfalls of over-ordering. POD means:

Only printing what you need, when you need it.
Faster turnarounds, lower storage costs, and reduced excess inventory.
Minimal paper waste, with no make-ready sheets required.

We recommend clients take advantage of our free data audit before placing their print orders. By identifying invalid records—such as duplicates, incorrect postcodes, outdated addresses, gone-aways, ceased trading, or Mailing Preference Service opt-outs—you can avoid the waste of unnecessary printing and ensure your materials reach the right people.

Recycling for a Greener Future
Our approach includes taking responsibility for the lifecycle of our materials.

Outgoing machines are refurbished and resold, not scrapped.
Toner cartridges are returned to manufacturers for responsible recycling.
All waste is segregated and recycled wherever possible, including plastics, pallet wrap, and paper.
Confidential waste is securely shredded before collection.

Sustainable Printing with Certified Energy Efficiency
Our digital presses are certified by both EPEAT® and Energy Star, confirming they meet strict standards for design, energy use, and recycling. In 2025, we also invested in a new insulated roof and localised low-level heating to support our solar installation and further cut energy use.
