No. The Mailing People can send out single packs as part of daily fulfilment.
Machine insertion is the most cost-effective and efficient method, allowing up to 10 printed items to be inserted into a pack at high speed. However, it offers limited flexibility in terms of pack configuration. Hand fulfilment provides greater flexibility and allows more items to be included, but it is more labour-intensive and therefore more expensive, as it takes longer to complete.
Bulk postage discounts usually begin at around 1,000 items for Large Letter postal tariffs and 4,000 for Standard Letter tariffs.
You need to use hand fulfilment when the number of items that need to go into the packs exceeds 10 or the packs include promotional items such as pens and key rings.
