EFFORTLESS BULK MAILING SERVICES
A bulk mailing campaign is the perfect way to send out large quantities of letters quickly, effortlessly and at minimum cost. Not restricted to simple mailshots, you can also use bulk mail services to send out leaflets, brochures, catalogues and magazines using a variety of fulfilment methods.
With open rates exceeding 90% for addressed mail, you can understand why charities and businesses use bulk mail to deliver fund raising campaigns, donor packs, vouchers, and mini product catalogues. It’s a great way to connect and re-connect, filling the gaps left by your digital campaigns and helping to drive recipients online.
Low-cost bulk mail postage
The cost of posting mail in bulk often equates to at least half the total cost of your mailing campaign, so being able to secure every available postage discount will make a big difference. In addition to standard domestic and international postage discounts for business mail, advertising mail and publishing, we can help you qualify for Mailmark® discounts (if eligible). In addition, we’re really good at using our expertise and strong supplier relationships with all the main delivery providers to secure low-cost postage for you as standard.
To secure sorted bulk mail discounts you need to send a minimum of 4,000 standard letter tariff items, or 1,000 large letter tariff items.
Fulfilment options to suit you
We offer a full range of mail fulfilment services that are well-suited to large-scale, bulk mailing campaigns. We can provide automated finishing options including folding, staple binding, drilling, gluing and tabbing. Our automated enclosing offerings can also be used for any mailing from sizes A6 to A3. Each of our Buhrs enclosing machines can process up to 10,000 DL, C5 or C4 envelopes an hour. That equates to 160,000 envelopes a day, allowing us to effortlessly handle even the largest bulk mailing jobs.
Personalisation
With The Mailing People, you don’t have to sacrifice the personal touch, even on the biggest campaigns. Our personalisation services are able to work at large scale, adding everything from individual addresses to tailored images and copy to fit your audience, all packaged in full-colour printed mailing envelopes.
Data cleansing for bulk mail
When sending mail in bulk, duplicates are inevitable, but they are avoidable. We help you to assess the accuracy of your data by checking your mailing list against recognised quality criteria. By removing duplicates, gone-aways, addresses registered with the mailing preference service, invalid postcodes and deceased people, we can deliver significant savings for you on the cost of your print, fulfilment and postage. We can even enrich your bulk mailing list by adding in traceable contacts that have moved. For charities, alumni groups and organisations keen to retain contact with donors and clients, this is especially important.
