One of the most effective steps you can take is to maintain accurate data and segment it carefully to ensure relevance. Mailing fewer, better-targeted records reduces unnecessary print, paper use and postage from the outset. By removing inaccurate, out-of-date or irrelevant records before a campaign is launched, you cut waste at source, making your direct mail activity more sustainable while improving response rates at the same time.
FSC® certified means the paper comes from responsibly managed sources that meet strict environmental, social and economic standards set by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®).
PEFC accreditation means that the paper or timber products have come from forests that are managed sustainably, in line with standards set by the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC).
