Turnaround

Is this right for your mailing?

Catalogues and brochures

Multi-page retail and B2B pieces that need to arrive flat and undamaged.

Membership and welcome packs

Several items enclosed together in one wrap, from cards to welcome letters.

Prospectuses

School, college and university prospectuses are often heavier documents that need extra protection.

Annual reports and governance documents

Formal reports and updates to stakeholders, trustees, shareholders and members must arrive looking pristine.

Non-standard sizes and shapes

Mailings that do not fit a standard envelope and would otherwise cost more to send.

High-volume campaigns

Large runs where automated wrapping keeps the cost per item down.

Fast, automated wrapping

Your items are wrapped by machine in a single pass, whether that is one piece or several enclosed together. Our machines can enclose and wrap up to ten items at a speed of up to 6,000 items per hour at sizes from C6 to SRA4.

Built to protect

The clear film holds contents securely through sorting and delivery, keeping catalogues flat and covers clean all the way to the letterbox.

Sustainable production

  • Recyclable polywrap
Our standard polywap is made from recycled materials and is 100 per cent recyclable.
  • Solar-powered production
Much of our energy comes from solar panels at our Portsmouth facility. On a sunny day, we can generate 80 per cent of our requirements through solar power, supporting our significantly lower carbon footprint than the industry average.
  • Paperwrapping available
As well as polywrapping, we offer kerbside recyclable paperwrapping. While both paper and plastic wrap can be recycled, paperwrap is the ultimate biodegradable wrapping.
  • Simitri HD toner
Our Konica Minolta digital press uses Simitri HD toner, allowing for lower fusing temperature and reduced energy use.

Keeping your postage cost as low as possible

Postage is typically the highest cost in any mailing campaign. We always aim to secure the lowest prices, applying on your behalf to take advantage of any discounts that are available, such as bulk postage rates for large volumes.

  • Mailmark®

Mailmark® barcodes are applied where eligible, unlocking the best postage rates. To qualify for Mailmark, items must be machine processable and have addresses that are at least 90 per cent accurate.

  • 240mm x 160mm x 5mm / 100g

The Standard Letter threshold, above which items are classified as Large Letters. Keep your pieces under this and you stay in the lowest postage band. We can advise on size options at brief stage, before designs are committed. For example, Standard Letter sizes using polywrap may be eligible for bulk Mailsort discounts, but will not qualify for Mailmark.
